The 350 hectares estate of Herdade da Aroeiras is ring fenced, has two gates and the security service operates 24hours a day, 365 days a year. The real estate developer, SILGOLF, Lda., manages the estate, maintains the fencing and runs the gates, security service and garbage disposal.

SILGOLF, Lda., provides the following services to the estate’s property and apartment owners: 

• Estate fencing maintenance
• Security service 24h / 365 days
• Gatekeeping
• Garbage disposal  

The amount payable by each owner (property or apartment) in 2010 is: 
€ 42,45  x 12 month *  

* a 1-month discount offered to those who make an annual payment by 31st March 2010.  

Invoices may be settled by

• Cheques - identifying the respective invoice(s) and payable to Silgolf, Lda.

• Cash – paid directly at the administration office, Mon to Fri 8:30/13:00 – 14:30/17:30
  
  
• ATM – using the reference written on the invoice until the 31st March 2010.
